CD SupportPanGlobal no longer produces CD's for any of our learning materials. Previous versions of our Power Engineering learning materials were shipped with supplementary learning resources. At this time PanGlobal does not offer technical support for the CD's that were shipped with previous versions of our Power Engineering learning materials. Student InquiriesI would like to buy one of your products. Can I take this course for credit from your company?No. Our company produces the courseware, and related products, for the levels of Power Engineering. We then sell the courseware to colleges, private trainers and individuals. We do not do training or offer credit courses directly. I have purchased your product. Who is my instructor?Our company supplies the courseware and the institutes and colleges supply the instruction. If you are self-studying we supply no tutorial or support services. PurchasingWhat forms of payment are accepted?Mastercard, Visa or money order. If sending a money order it is best to contact the order desk at 1-866-256-8193. If ordering for a school, organization or company purchase orders are accepted if a credit application has been submitted and approved. Is there somewhere in my area that I can purchase Power Engineering Training Systems (PETS) learning materials?Many educator bookstores stock PETS books, but please beware you may need to be a student in order to purchase them. You can find an educator in your area here. What are the shipping times?Most orders are shipped the following business day. Will I receive an invoice with my books?Invoices are mailed out the next business day from the PanGlobal office. In most cases they arrive one to two business days after your books. If you do not see your invoice a week after you have received your books please call our toll free number (1-866-256-8193) Do the prices on your website include shipping and taxes?The prices you see on the product page do not include shipping and taxes. Will I receive a confirmation my order has been received?When ordering from the e-store a confirmation email is automatically sent to the email address you provide in the ordering process. If you do not receive an email verify your online account to ensure you have provided the correct email address, if your email address is correct check your “Junk” folder in your email to ensure that it has not gone in there by mistake. If ordering by phone you can ask for a confirmation number.
