Your original PO Number, Invoice Number, and Order Date information will help to expedite your inquiry.

Please note that:

• All returns must be unopened (in original cellophane packaging)
• All returns are subject to a restocking fee (15% of the current retail price)
• All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser
• Retail returns will be accepted up to 30 days (one month) after the shipping date.
