Having Problems Logging In?
If you have an issue with logging into your online course, please consider the following:
- Check that the correct username and password has been entered
- Username and password are case sensitive
- Clear your website cache
- Your access period may have expired
Individual users who have purchased a printed copy of a PanGlobal textbook can gain access to the MyPower online site by logging in with the access code printed on the inside cover of the your textbook.
Having Problems Accessing Your Course?
If you have an issue viewing or accessing your course, please consider the following:
- Check that your using the recommended browser Firefox
- Check that you are using Real Player for viewing movies
- Check that the MyPower site is a trusted site and is not being blocked by your firewall
- Check that a proxy server is not blocking your access to the MyPower site
